CONFIGURATION & TESTING

  • All devices are inventoried with tracking of the serial number and IMEI number if it is cellular and undergo complete testing to ensure no DOA or damaged products end up in the hands of end users.
  • Preload standard and custom corporate apps, system configurations, and user settings, so devices are ready for immediate use upon receipt.
  • Enroll, configure, and install mobile device management (MDM) system of clients choice on mobile devices. MRP works with leading MDM providers to offer complete solutions.
  • Support Apple DEP enrollment and facilitate a relationship with Apple to offer a streamlined way to configure, deploy, and control company-owned iOS and Mac OS devices.

BRANDING, STAGING & KITTING

  • A program manager or sales engineer will work with the client to develop staging & kitting needs. Requirements typically range from third-party accessories and company marketing collateral to corporate promotional products.
  • Promotional programs for client marketing and internal corporate initiatives are both popular combinations with device deployments. Options include preloading branded content, engraving products, custom vinyl-wraps, branded accessories, and custom packaging.
  • Bundle hardware and software packages, offering turn-key solutions. This is the perfect solutions for software providers and VAR's who would like to provide a complete bundled solution to customers. MRP can offer a white label solution with custom branded packaging and packing list.

MRP provides complete program management with our core team based out of our Winston-Salem, NC, US headquarters, and remote folks around the world who help support global initiatives. Based on program size and scope we can also dedicate local-language account managers in specific regions to oversee execution with teams on the ground.

With years of experience working with the top OEM's including Samsung, Apple, and Microsoft, and close relationships with 3rd party brands and major distributors, we can offer our clients single source procurement for an entire project with financing options available. Globally we have partnerships with leading corporate resellers authorized to provide service in every region of the world. MRP also offers single-use solutions with purpose-built hardware geared explicitly towards kiosk applications, unlike traditional consumer-grade tablets.

Configuration, Staging & Kitting

Before receiving devices, our team of technicians will preconfigure each device with property specific settings, corporate policies, and install applications. They will quality control and kit each device with accessories like cases, screen protectors, and kiosk. Our clients receive a full solution with devices ready-to-go right out of the box with employee quick-guides and specific company marketing that we can include with each device. Our goal is to ensure that your devices integrate seamlessly with legacy corporate systems and contribute to the business's success. We work with all popular MDM (mobile device management) providers along with Apple DEP and Samsung KNOX deployment programs.

Global Logistics & Warehousing

After devices have been through our testing, configuration, branding, and bundling services, we have broad abilities in the delivery & shipping of the product. We are always happy to bulk ship and can also ship out single units directly to remote employees, offices, or retail locations. Custom packaging and personalized welcome letters are two popular options available. Our program management team can also handle the logistics, coordinating our network of field technicians and technical support agents to support the installation, adoptions, and training of product to get customers up and running. Our global network of regional fulfillment centers provides our clients with access to more than 70 countries.

Global Service Desk

As a component of MRP's complete end-to-end mobility solution, we operate a technical service desk out of our US headquarters with satellite operations around the world. Through this service desk, we provide Tier 4 support. This offering includes MDM management, DEP & KNOX management, technical & QA guide creation, and other highly technical services. Our core services are available 8 AM - 8 PM EST through our US office, and we can provide extended hours (24/7/365) through our Austrailia location based on program size and scope. Support is available through phone, live chat, and email. Our service desk is in a secure facility with 24/7 guards on duty, a private network, backup generators, with offsite data backup.

RepairU & Warranty

MRP's global device repair & warranty offering is known as MRP RepairU. We have partnered with a vertically integrated mobile device repair provider and one of the largest underwriters in the world to extend our repair & warranty solutions to the global market. Through our regional fulfillment hub's we offer a full suite of repair plans and warranty plans with a $0 deductible, globally.
